Welcome to EVidyaAI (“EVidyaAI”, “Platform”, “Service”, “we”, “our”, or “us”), an AI-powered educational platform developed for teachers, schools, and educational institutions to create, manage, organize, and share educational resources across multiple curricula and syllabi.

By accessing, registering for, or using EVidyaAI, you agree to comply with and be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions (“Terms”). If you do not agree with these Terms, you must discontinue use of the Platform immediately.

1. About EVidyaAI

EVidyaAI provides AI-assisted educational tools and services that help educators and institutions:

  • Generate question papers, lesson plans, worksheets, and classroom activities
  • Organize and manage educational resources
  • Support multiple syllabi including CBSE, ICSE, State Boards, and others
  • Manage teacher-level and institution-level educational content
  • Streamline academic planning and classroom preparation

The Platform is intended for use by teachers, schools, coaching centers, and educational institutions only.

2. Eligibility

To use EVidyaAI, you must:

  • Be at least 18 years old or legally capable of entering into a binding agreement
  • Be a teacher, school, institution, or authorized representative
  • Use the Platform only for lawful educational purposes

3. Account Registration & Responsibilities

3.1 Individual Teacher Accounts

  • Maintain confidentiality of login credentials
  • Ensure account access is not shared with unauthorized persons
  • Take responsibility for all activities performed under the account

3.2 School & Institutional Accounts

  • Manage teacher and administrator access
  • Maintain proper institutional access controls
  • Ensure only authorized personnel use institutional accounts
  • Monitor activity performed under institutional accounts

You agree to notify EVidyaAI immediately if you become aware of unauthorized access, security breaches, or misuse of your account.

4. Multi-Syllabus Support Disclaimer

EVidyaAI supports multiple educational boards, curricula, and teaching structures.

However:

  • We do not guarantee exact alignment with any syllabus or examination pattern
  • AI-generated outputs may vary depending on prompts and data
  • Teachers and institutions are responsible for reviewing and validating generated educational content before classroom use

5. Content Ownership & Licensing

5.1 User Content Ownership

You retain ownership of all uploaded files, generated resources, worksheets, lesson plans, question papers, and teaching materials created using EVidyaAI.

5.2 License Granted to EVidyaAI

By using the Platform, you grant EVidyaAI a limited, non-exclusive, worldwide license to:

  • Store your content
  • Process and display content within the Platform
  • Enable platform functionality
  • Improve and maintain the Service

5.3 Institutional Content Access

If you use EVidyaAI under a school or institutional account, authorized administrators may access institution-related content and resources.

5.4 Third-Party Content Responsibility

You are solely responsible for ensuring legal rights and permissions to upload or use third-party materials including NCERT content, publisher textbooks, PDFs, images, or copyrighted educational resources.

6. AI-Generated Content Disclaimer

EVidyaAI uses artificial intelligence technologies to generate educational content.

  • AI-generated content may contain inaccuracies or outdated information
  • Generated outputs should always be reviewed before classroom use
  • EVidyaAI does not guarantee academic correctness, curriculum compliance, or exam readiness

7. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree not to:

  • Upload unauthorized copyrighted materials
  • Generate harmful, misleading, or unlawful content
  • Misuse the Platform for non-educational purposes
  • Attempt to disrupt, damage, or hack the Platform
  • Upload malicious code or harmful files

Violation of this policy may result in suspension, account termination, or legal action.

8. Data Protection & Security

EVidyaAI implements commercially reasonable measures to protect user data and platform security.

However, no digital platform or internet transmission is completely secure, and you acknowledge that use of the Platform is at your own risk.

9. Service Availability & Platform Changes

EVidyaAI may:

  • Update, improve, or discontinue features at any time
  • Introduce new functionalities or remove existing ones
  • Perform maintenance, upgrades, or security updates

The Platform may occasionally experience interruptions, downtime, or maintenance periods.

10. Subscription, Billing & Payments

  • Certain features may require paid subscriptions
  • Applicable fees must be paid on time
  • Pricing may change with prior notice
  • Subscription fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated

11. Suspension & Termination

EVidyaAI reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, misuse the Platform, or engage in unlawful activities.

12. Limitation of Liability

EVidyaAI is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without warranties of any kind.

We are not liable for:

  • Errors in generated content
  • Data loss or service interruptions
  • Indirect or consequential damages
  • Educational or examination-related outcomes

13. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless EVidyaAI against claims, damages, liabilities, or legal expenses arising from misuse of the Platform, uploaded content, or violations of these Terms.

14. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall fall under the jurisdiction of the courts located in Kerala, India.

15. Changes to These Terms

EVidyaAI reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
